Linux platforms supported for Policy Agent
All supported Linux versions also support XFS (Extent File System). If the Linux version you are running is not listed, contact Entrust Support and provide information about the Linux version and the problems encountered.
Linux Online Encryption is only supported for RHEL 8.0 or later, or Ubuntu 20.04 or later. For details, see Linux Online Encryption Prerequisites and Considerations

Windows platforms supported for Policy Agent
All Windows operating systems listed below are supported on Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. For data encryption:
- Only Windows basic disks are supported. Windows dynamic disks are not supported.
- To use the
hiclicommand line interface with Windows, you need to enable WinRM (Windows Remote Management), which is disabled by default. The Pythonpywinrmpackage must also be installed on the Windows control node on whichhicliis running.
Make sure that you have the latest Microsoft patches on your Windows operating system.
