See below to set up the Entrust client application using the EDB (EnterpriseDB) PostgreSQL scripts.
Copying the scripts to the first node
Copy the script bundle to the first EDB PostgreSQL Server node. Extract the bundle contents on a folder.

Configuring the script execution
Add the path of the pg_config PostgreSQL utility program path to the PATH variable. For example, for Ubuntu 22.04:
export PATH="/usr/edb/as-common/bin/:$PATH"Ensure that pg_config is accessible from the shell:
pg_config --versionRunning the setup script on the first node
Run the setup.sh script as follows:
./setup.sh first entrust.confWhere:
firstis the node you are updating. This can be either first or other.entrust.confis the name of the configuration file that you downloaded.
If setup is successful, it prints the path of the Access Token file.
Please note this path, as you'll use it later.
Running the setup script on the second node
If you have a second PostgreSQL server node in your cluster:
- Copy the script bundle to the second node
- Extract the bundle contents.
Run the setup script as follows:
./setup.sh other entrust.conf
