See below for editing the settings of a Certificate Hub administrator.

To edit a Certificate Hub administrator

  1. Log in as an administrator with the global_admin role.
  2. Go to Administer > Administrators.
  3. In the main grid, select one of the administrators.
  4. Click Edit to update the following settings.

Active

(tick) Yes if the Certificate Hub administrator is enabled; (error) No otherwise.

Username

The unique identifier of the Certificate Hub administrator.

Email

The email address of the Certificate Hub administrator. This address

  • Will uniquely identify the administrator in the IdP-initiated logins.
  • Is automatically added to the Address Book when creating the administrator.

Password

The password of the Certificate Hub administrator. This password:

  • Must have a strength level of 3 or 4.
  • Can be later modified by the registered administrator.

Confirm Password

Retype the Certificate Hub administrator password.

Password Strength

The strength of the typed password. 

The administrator creation will fail unless this field displays a green line to confirm the password strength.

Require New Password

Mark this checkbox for the Certificate Hub administrator to change the password at the next login. See in Internal password how to force a password change for all administrators.

Roles

The list of Roles granted to the Certificate Hub administrator.
