The following known issues are common to all PKI Hub 1.0.0 installations.
- Configuration backup only supported in single-node (CSF-704)
- McAfee agent not supported (EDM-4074)
- Upgrading from Entrust Deployment Manager is not supported (EDM-14996)
- Occasional restore failures when PKI Hub is installed on a single node (EDM-16171)
- HTTP 404 error when sending outgoing traffic through an HTTP proxy (EDM-16154)
Configuration backup only supported in single-node (CSF-704)
Only single-node deployments of PKI Hub support the clusterctl backup create command for exporting the cluster configuration.
Workaround: See Backing up the PKI Hub state.
McAfee agent not supported (EDM-4074)
You cannot install McAfee agent on PKI Hub nodes.
Upgrading from Entrust Deployment Manager is not supported (EDM-14996)
Upgrading Entrust Deployment Manager 2.0.x to PKI Hub 1.0.0 is not supported.
Workaround: Wait for the PKI Hub 1.1 release, which will support upgrading.
Occasional restore failures when PKI Hub is installed on a single node (EDM-16171)
The process described in Restoring the PKI Hub State fails 75% of the time on PKI Hub installations that comprise a single node.
Workaround: Run the clusterctl uninstall command to uninstall the cluster and re-try Restoring the PKI Hub state.
HTTP 404 error when sending outgoing traffic through an HTTP proxy (EDM-16154)
When sending outgoing traffic through an HTTP proxy, the connection fails with an HTTP 404 error. Sending traffic through an HTTPS proxy causes no problems.
Workaround: Contact customer support for instructions.
