Truststore format selector (ATEAM-18880)

A new selector in the Certificate Manager user interface allows you to select the format of a truststore before importing it from a file. Supported formats are:

• PEM
• PKCS#12

JWT security enhanced with cookies (ATEAM-18693)

The security of the JSON Web Tokens (JWTs) granted to console users has been enhanced by using browser cookies.

Apache restart without sudo permissions (ATEAM-18827)
