The Preview CSV command of the report designer throws an error when a report includes many records.

Bug fixing details: the report preview is now limited to a single page with up to 100 entries.

Certificate issuance fails on web server empty folders (ATEAM-18214)

Deploying a certificate to an Apache or Nginx web server destination fails with an error message if the target folder does not contain other certificates.
