See below for how to set up an automatic synchronization schedule that imports all CloudKeys into a key set.
To set a synchronization schedule
- Log in to the Vault web GUI using an account with Cloud Admin privileges.
- In the top menu bar, click CloudKeys.
Click the Key Sets tab.
Select the key set you want to schedule for syncing.
Select Actions > Set Schedule for Syncing CloudKeys.
Specify the subcontainer to set the schedule on by selecting it from the drop-down list. This depends on the key set type.
AWS—Select a Region or All.
Azure—Select Managed HSM, Key Vault, or All.
GCP—Select a Key Ring or All.
OCI—Select a Key Vault or All.
SFDC—Not applicable.
Select Define Schedule and choose how often you want to sync the CloudKeys. Alternatively, select Never to disable automatic syncing.
Click Apply.
