Use the Crypto CLI login command to log in to your Cryptographic Security Platform Vault for Cryptographic APIs. The login expires in 30 minutes.

Ensure that you have the Cryptographic Security Platform Vault CA Certificate and the Cryptographic Security Platform Vault for Cryptographic APIs API URL before you begin. For more information, see Accessing the Crypto CLI

-h or --help

Displays usage text.

-C or --cacert string

The path to the Cryptographic Security Platform Vault CA Certificate file you downloaded (for example, cacert.pem). This verifies the Cryptographic Security Platform Vault server. Enclose strings in double quotes.

-l or --login-URL string

The API URL for the Cryptographic Security Platform Vault for Cryptographic APIs.

-p or --password string

The login password. If you don't provide it, you'll be prompted to enter the password. Enclose strings in double quotes.

-u or --username string

The login username. If not provided, you will be prompted to enter the username. Enclose strings in double quotes.

Example: log in to the Crypto CLI with the username and password: 
./cryptocli -C "/home/kc-cert/240328220252_cacert" -l https://10.1.1.222/token/1.0/Login/d65138e6-b249-4587-9f24-81787babffc2/ -u "MyName@MyCompany.com" -p "MyPa$$word123"
