See below for requesting the renewal of a certificate.
To request the renewal of a certificate
- Log in as an administrator with one of the following roles.
- The <ca>_admin role for the certificate authority that will renew the certificate.
- A Certificate Role with request permission for the same certificate authority and selected certificate profile.
- Go to Control > Certificates.
- In the main grid, click Select Action > Request Renew for a certificate.
- Fill in the following forms of the Renew wizard.
- Click Create to create the certificate renewal request.
- Browse the request status as explained in Browsing my certificate requests and Browsing pending requests.
