A destination is a connection for Certificate Hub to push certificates to services, servers, or devices (on issuance and renewal). Certificate Hub pushes the created certificates:

• Immediately (manual mode).
• On a calendar based on predefined renewal periods (automated mode).

Certificate Hub is always responsible for initiating the actions that push certs to destinations.
